The inauthentic present!

You don’t bring to the present a way of structuring what’s possible that’s individual to you. Your actions don’t highlight your past and future. Instead, they express the chatter of the every-day world. To the person lost in the inauthentic present, death is an abstract subject, and the past has no impact on what’s being done now."
